The “Become What You Believe” Art Clinic gives opportunity for self-discovery of the beliefs that make up your current reality.
This instructor lead Art Clinic guides participants through a series of timeframes, personal to each participant. Participants interact with the canvas privately, answering the questions posed within each time frame segment.
The self-discovery component of this art clinic encourages each person to reflect and analyze the past. Dissecting past events and situations begins to uncover patterns in thought and behavior that reveal belief systems.
Belief systems become apparent as paint is applied to the canvas. Remarkably, as the image begins to appear, so do the choices to accept the beliefs or push on to healthier lifestyle changes.
We all believe something, whether we recognize the beliefs or not.
The “Become What You Believe” Art Clinic requires NO previous art skill or practice whatsoever. The painting is deceptively simple using broad splashes of paint in random places to achieve the loose organic mood of the picture.
All materials are supplied in the art kit provided. Supplies are also provided to complete a second painting at home using canvas board along with access to an online video tutorial.
Each participants’ painting will be a unique reflection of their own style, taste and beliefs. Paintings are NOT intended to recreate the instructors example. Clinics are in person events with a maximum enrollment of 25, minimum of 12. This art clinic is a three hour gently intensive experience. Participants can expect to experience a renewed sense of self and heightened awareness of present after completion of the clinic.
